ELIZABETH A. L. MUENNICH
M.D., PH.D FAAD
Dr. Elizabeth Muennich is The President and CEO of Dermatology and Skin Care. Dr Muennich is Board Certified in Dermatology. She is a Cincinnati native. She attended Columbia University earning an A.B. in Neuroscience. Dr Muennich completed her M.D. and Ph.D. from Wright State University in Dayton OH. Dr Muennich is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She served as a Chief Resident in Dermatology from 2008-2009. Dr. Muennich is an Assistant Professor at Wright State University School of Medicine, Department of Dermatology. Dr. Elizabeth Muennich has the honor of being elected to be the President of the Ohio State Medical Association. Dr. Elizabeth Muennich is a tireless advocate for physician and patient rights. In addition to her involvement with the OSMA and the AMA, she is a past President of the ODA and is a member of the Advisory Board of the AAD. She is married and has two children that keep her very busy.
PRANAV SHETH
M.D., FAAD
Dr. Pranav Sheth is Board Certified in Dermatology. He attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He then completed his Dermatology Residency at the University of Cincinnati and was Chief Resident in Dermatology from 1996-1997. He started the Psoriasis Clinic at the University of Cincinnati Department of Dermatology and was co-director of the Dermatology Clinical Research Center, participating as an Investigator in over 100 clinical Research trials. He has published chapters and articles in medical journals, and presented throughout the U.S. and various countries.
Dr. Sheth enjoys teaching, research, and patient care. He is happy being part of the Dermatology & Skin Care Associates Practice in West Chester.
He is married (his wife is a pediatric Dermatologist at TriHealth) and has 3 children he is very proud of.
GREG PALMER
M.D., FAAD
Greg Palmer, M.D., FAAD, is board-certified in both Dermatology and Pediatrics. He is an Ohio native and has spent most of his life in the Dayton area. He completed a Pediatric residency at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis and a Dermatology residency at Wright State. Dr. Palmer was one of Dr. Muennich’s Professors of Dermatology at Wright State University. She is honored to have him practice at her office. His experience in Dermatology allaws him to diagnose and treat both routine and difficult medical skin conditions’ and we are excited to have him as the newest member of our team.
MARINA DAVAR
PRACTICE MANAGER
Marina Davar joined the Dermatology and Skin care Associates in October 2020. She has master’s degree in Linguistics from the Ilya State University of Georgia. Marina worked in the clinical dental field for seventeen years and was the Dean of Dental Studies at Beckfield College for almost eight years before joining the DSCA.
In Marina ‘s short tenure at Dermatology and Skin Care Associates she has overseen our CLIA certification and the creation of the MOHS surgical suite, the partnership with Skin Cure Oncology to bring Gentle Cure image guided superficial radiation therapy to our office and has been the driving force behind the creation of West Chester Wellness Center.
Marina Lives in Mason with her husband and her son lives in New York.
STEPHANIE N. RUSSELL
CNP, BSN, MSN
In 2006, Stephanie received her Bachelor’s degree from Wright State University as a Registered Nurse. In 2009 she received her Master’s degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Wright State University. She has specialized in Dermatology since she graduated and is passionate and knowledgeable in all areas of dermatology, including g general dermatology, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. She is the proud mother of two boys. Stephanie looks forward to helping you meet all of your skincare needs.
DENA ELKEEB
M.D., MS.
Dr. Dena Elkeeb is board-certified in Dermatology. She is a member of American Academy of Dermatology and Ohio Dermatological Association. Dr. Elkeeb attended the Tripoli University in Libya and obtained MBChB in Medicine and Surgery and master’s degree in science and clinical investigation at the University of Utah.
Dr. Elkeeb completed her Dermatology residency at the University of Utah and her Dermatology fellowship at the University of Chicago.
Dr. Elkeeb has extensive academic and research experience in the field of dermatology. She resides in the West Chester area with her husband and children who keep her busy.
CAYLIE COUPLAND
MPAS, PA-C
Caylie Coupland has worked as a Physician Assistant since July 2021. She received her undergraduate from Miami University and received her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Mount Union. Caylie’s career began in urgent care, where she gained valuable experience in acute medical care. Her passion for health and wellness led her to IV therapy. Caylie finds immense satisfaction in helping patients achieve their wellness goals.
GWYN KING

Dr. Gwyn King is board-certified in Dermatology. Dr. king is a member of American Academy of Dermatology and Ohio Dermatological Association. She attended the Ohio
University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio and completed her Dermatology residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, New York.
Dr. King has extensive academic and research experience in the field of dermatology. She resides in Dayton area with her husband and two wonderful children who
keep her busy.
LAWRENCE PIEPER
MPAP, PA-C
Lawren graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in Public Health in 2018 and then received her master’s degree as a Physician Assistant from the University of Dayton in 2022 and has been a dermatology provider since then. Lawren was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and now lives in Hamilton with her husband and two cats. Lawren is very passionate and knowledgeable in the areas of medical and surgical dermatology and is excited to diagnose and treat all of your dermatological needs!
